Attention residents! A few questions have come up about the timing of replacement fencing, so here is a brief update –
If you do not have a stone column in your yard, the disruption will likely take 3 to 4 days once the crew begins. If you have a stone column, the disruption is typically 2 – 3 weeks. There is no faster way to do this if you have a stone column. The orange netting used to close the gaps is not meant to contain but solely to deter. A few residents have mentioned renting chain link fencing temporarily until their fencing has been replaced. The chain link fencing is at your own cost.
There are increased security patrols during this time. The green area in the map below is being worked on, and the yellow area is the next phase.
